We suggest our customers to submit correct information on the shipping page to avoid issues. In case you do not receive a package due to a wrong shipping address, we will not be liable, and we would encourage you to check with the shipping company.

Northwest Territories, Yukon, Alaska, Hawaii and Nunavut areas are subject to a shipping fee of $199. Additionally, less populous areas and other remote regions both in Canada and the US could be subject to an additional fee of $129. In the event a customer wants to exchange a product outside the standard service area, the company would not be able to offer free exchanges, and the returns will be subject to a fee of $39.

Free shipping, flat rate shipping and additional discounts are not applied outside of AlivePal’s standard delivery areas. The free shipping is also not applied to orders over $99 if these items are for business purposes; regular rates apply.

As soon as the order is ready to be delivered, our staff will inform and notify you when you will receive your delivery. We shall share all the tracking details to you so you can keep track of where your good are.

In the event you make a purchase of $99 or more before tax, you will receive shipping free of charge.
